VOCATIONAL RECONDITIONING PROGRAM

The Consultant works in conjunction with the client and corporate partner to develop an individualized work site program. The program allows individuals to build work tolerance levels and enables them to increase their skill set within a real work environment. Vocational Reconditioning assists the client in preparing for a return to work with their pre-disability, or alternate, employer.
